FOUNDATIONAL TRUTH

Equipping the body
Living the calling

ApostlesProphetsEvangelistsPastorsTeachers

Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. 13 This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.

EPHESIANS 4:11–13

This is the heart of the 5 Fold Training Center. We desire to see the grace gifts of the church come into their positions and lead the body of Christ. We desire to see the body come into the ministry that God has laid out for each and every member. We will take the response "ability" that comes from the grace on our lives to encourage the body to come into unity, to teach and mature the body in knowing the heart of Jesus and the truths of the Gospel.

OUR VISION

Every person
A purpose
A ministry

Meet our leadership

The Bible teaches us that without vision, the people perish (Prov. 29:18). The ministry God has given us is rooted in the foundational truth outlined in Ephesians 4. My wife and I have answered the call and are stepping forward in the apostolic ministry God has placed on our lives as apostles of Jesus Christ.

At the heart of the 5 Fold Training Center is a commitment to follow the instructions in Scripture, while also being led by the Holy Spirit. We want to do our part in building up and equipping the body of Christ—helping each person grow into the ministry God has called them to. Not everyone will walk in one of the five grace gifts mentioned in Ephesians 4, but we believe that all—created by God—have been given purpose and a ministry to fulfill. We equip others with sound biblical teaching, teaching enduring faith and growing their understanding of Jesus Christ, so they can recognize their calling and begin to walk in it with confidence and clarity. We posture our hearts to work together in unity, recognizing that every person and their ministry has a vital role in the whole body of Christ.

We have no denominational affiliation. We simply look to Scripture and to the blueprints God has revealed for His “church” body. This ministry isn’t a traditional church; it’s a place that helps us recognize that each of us is part of the “church,” with Christ as our head and authority. We welcome everyone who calls on the name of Jesus Christ, those who long for deeper understanding of the Bible, as well as those who do not know Jesus as their Savior. You don't need to clean up on the inside or outside to come to Jesus or to be accepted and loved. As disciples of Christ, we love you right where you are, and know the goodness and grace of God will not leave any of us there. We allow the Holy Spirit to have His way in each of our lives and make loving each other our focus in that journey.

FAITH & ENCOURAGEMENT

Grace- Empowerment, not just favor

For me, this was a word that I know I misunderstood for many years. Growing up in the organizational church across several denominations, it was always taught in every case that it was the favor God has given us—oftentimes an overlooking…
